This 1:1 integrative coaching session will provide you with the tools to help you unwind, manage stress, and achieve restorative sleep. Lack of sleep can cause a cascade of disconnected food choices, anxiety, and further lack of sleep. Laura will work with your specific sleep challenges to provide you with breathing exercises, meditations, self-hypnosis, and a personalized meal plan to nourish you and support deep sleep and serenity.
